Is there really a free trial?
Yes! You get 14 days of full access to all features. No credit card required. After the trial, you can choose to subscribe or your account will pause.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Easy Khata is a PWA (Progressive Web App). Once installed on your phone or laptop, you can record transactions even without internet. Everything syncs automatically when you reconnect.
How do I activate my account?
After signing up, log in and go to the Subscription page. Choose Monthly (Rs. 500) or Yearly (Rs. 3,600). Send payment via Bank Transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa, upload the screenshot, and our admin will activate your account within hours.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do daily automated backups. Only you can access your business data — even our team cannot view individual transactions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-ins. Cancel anytime and your data is yours to export anytime.
Do you support Urdu?
English is supported now. Urdu and Roman Urdu are coming in the next update — let us know if you need them sooner!
Can multiple people use one account?
Each business gets one account. Multi-user / staff access is coming in Phase 2 — every staff member will have their own login and permissions.
